allow alert messages to easily be individually deleted
Put a little x next to each alert message, so they can be individually deleted without having to go to the server settings page to delete them (and where you have to guess which is which).

Finer grained weekly report charts
For a weekly report chart, it seems only 4 points are sampled per day (data rolled up into 6-hour segments). Would be great to have finer grained graphs as they will be more useful than the current weekly reports.

improve the URL monitoring plugin
I find that the URL monitoring plugin gives a lot of false positives, which is stressing me out. I've disabled it for now. I'm not sure why it's doing this and happy to help you debug it.

Use bundler to manage plugin depencies
Moving a plugin that has gem dependencies is a pain. I need to go install the plugin manually (or make changes in puppet) to make everything happy. If the Scout agent used Bundler for dependency management, the required gems could be installed automatically.

Chart title should be displayed in fullscreen=true view

It would be great if triggers would trigger actions.

campfire notifications
Hi there,

Charts - add the ability to specify the min/max of the y-axis
Sometimes one outlier metric forces a large y-coordinate value (for example, load is at 0.01,0.10,0.08,100,0.10) and you can't see the variations in the other data points.

Create alert recipient groups featues
It would be great if you created "alert recipient groups". for example, I add admin1 and admin2 to the "Admins" group. Then from there every alert I create I set the "group" that should be alerted not just the individual.

Have scout agent also try to connect via IP address
There are times that DNS is unavailable that it would be nice if the agent would fall back and try to connect to the server via IP address.
It would reduce the chances of transient errors giving the wrong alerts.

Add centralized management for accounts
My email address is tied to multiple scout accounts right now and the only way to keep track of them is to have bookmarks for each each URL (ie: scoutapp.com/mycompany).

Clone the great features from Graphite.
Graphite seems like a superset of your existing charting. E.g. Its ability to show deviance from norms would be very useful.
